EASY SWEET N' SOUR MEATBALLS
1 1/2 Bottles Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (or your favorite brand)
1 C Grape Jelly (DO NOT USE JAM)
1 Bag Frozen Italian Style Meatballs
1 T Garlic Powder
1/2 T Ground Black Pepper
1 Can Dole Pineapple Chunks, drained, optional (or your favorite brand)
1/2 Chopped Green Pepper, optional
Place BBQ Sauce, Grape Jelly, Garlic Powder and Ground Black Pepper in crock-pot on high setting. Stir well. Add Italian Meatballs and stir to coat well. DO NOT ADD ANY WATER. Add drained Dole Pineapple Chunks and Chopped Green Pepper. Cook in crock-pot on high for 4-5 hrs. Turn down to low and cook for an additional 2 hrs.
These make great appetizers or you can serve over white rice for a meal. Enjoy!
